The hotel was set-up in 28 April, 2004. We have accumulated vast experience in customer service of the most demanding guests since more than 10 years ago. Many well-known people from Russia and abroad have stayed at our hotel, and every single guest has been satisfied with top-flight service, welcoming personnel and comfortable rooms.

They comprise 3 de lux rooms (consisting of two rooms: a bedroom and a living-room), 7 junior suite rooms, 17 standard rooms and 4 econom rooms.
We try to predict and fulfill our guests’ wishes to the maximum.
If you get to the hotel from the airport or railway station, we will certainly organize transfer for you; if you are in a morning hurry on your way to work, we’ll call you a taxi.
Our clerks will help you book or purchase railway or plane tickets, tickets to the theatre or cinema, they will also recommend who you should address to get this or that service and, of course, guide you in a new town.
Moreover, there is a twenty-four-hour bar and restaurant in the Nikola House hotel.

The hotel has their own boiler-room and electrical substation.
In the Nikola House you can rent a car with a driver and also leave your transport at the free parking lot in the inner court. You must book a parking space in advance.
